I know this is something you have always wanted to do. I definitely have. Now we have such an easy way of dobbing in a hoon.
Ive said before that i don't like dobbers very much, but this is different. Its terribly terribly important. Innocent people die cos of these drivers. I don't particularly care if the drivers kill themselves, its very Darwinian. And as Homer would say, its funny cos i don't know him.
Hoons are stupid people. Ive met them, they can hardly string a sentence together. Idiots - literally.
Now as much as i think that stupid people should be punished just for being stupid, there isn't a dob in a stupid line. Unfortunately. Until i set that phone line up, dobbing in a hoon is the next best thing.

Victorian hoon drivers can have their cars taken off the road for 48 hours with repeat offenders running the risk of having the car confiscated. That's great news.

Wihan bosman is a hoon driver and a stupid person rego id WRI427 (SA. Rego) its also unregistered and currently drives between albury and mt beauty victoria between 4am and 1500hrs weekdays, he also has two warrants for his arrest in SA.

No....i am also sick of someone i know in fact the whole family drives around unregistered and unisured. While i go to work pay my bills - rego and insurance. But they just buy alcohol and gamble the money they save on not insuring their cars. What happens if these shitheads hits are cars? Nothing - we lose!
