It is frightening how hard they attack this guy. And then they laugh. They enjoy it. The 7 youths stole Sharma's backpack, mobile phone and $650.
Police have said that "the gang of attackers were aged between 15 and 20 and got on the Werribee train at Aircraft station on Saturday May 9 around 8.45pm."
If you know these guys, do the right thing and contact the police. And when they do get caught, i hope to god that they get sent away for a long time. And i couldnt care less that they are under 18.

My partner is an international student that I would gladly give my life for and I find the unmitigated actions of these individuals reprehensible, repugnant and vile; I pray to God that these actions are not associated to racism, prejudice or xenophobia as these traits are taught within the home a by peers.
It is my firm belief that as a society we must take a proactive approach to avert violence of any kind and to stand united against violent reprisal for such degenerate acts; these perpetrators must be punished through diversionary programs to understand why over representation of our young people “this countries future” execute such violent behaviour as well as make the teachers of this behaviour as accountable of the direct perpetrator.
Secondly I hope that the State of Victoria takes responsibility to support the victim through remuneration and emotional support considering that due to cost cutting to security on Public Transport this incident is becoming a common occurrence.
Also why is it that public transport has surveillance cameras that provides great evidence through a trial but does not provide expedient assistance to a victim? Would it not be advantageous to have a Public Transport Officer travel on trains and trams who has access to the cameras and can act expediently if such an incident occurs again?
I wish the young man who is the victim in all this a speedy recovery and hope that he receives the utmost support, remuneration that my tax can provide (because it’s about time government took responsibility as well).
