Id say that this kind of story could only happen in America, but in truth it could be anywhere. Australia is a crazy place too. Kevin Lee Miller was arrested in Sugarcreek Township, Ohio after repeatedly showing himself in public wearing a women's swimsuit.
I'm not quite sure what the real crime is here. Are they saying that he cant dress up in women's clothing? Obviously Miller isn't the full package, but whats so wrong with that? He actually wasn't harming anyone.
According to police, Miller was approaching females with the intent to show off his swimsuit to get a reaction out of them. Its a different take on the old trench coat flasher. Thats progress folks. Check out the comment from the guy fishing in the video below. He's glad that the police caught him, because "hopefully its s safer place right now."
Id just like to know - if he was wearing a regular man's swimsuit, would he be charged with public indecency? But as the reporter says, Miller made a lot of people uncomfortable. Wow, poor guys. How did they sleep knowing that someone was out there wearing women's underwear? Thank God J Edgar isn't alive today.
