Viral Sewer Video

Some are calling it an alien invasion. Yeah, in the sewers of North Carolina!

Believe it or not, a video of a sewer inspection in North Carolina U.S.A has gone viral, attracting millions of views in the last few days.

Why? Because there appears to be a pulsating living thing down there unlike anything we have seen before. Will it invade? Unlikely. It is said that the living, moving object is just Tubifex Worms.

According to the ever reliable source of Wikipedia, Tubifex Worms are "also called the sludge worm, sewage worm, or lime snake; is a species of tubificid segmented worm that inhabits the sediments of lakes and rivers on several continents...Due to the lack of soil, they formed into cyst like formations, occasionally moving as one, making the mass look like it was pulsating."

Maybe we arent so different to the rest of the world. And maybe it was always this way.
