Prince Chaudhary and Amit Narwal On Bail While Awaiting Rape Charges Against Geelong Woman in Lara
I'm not going to make any determination on the guilt or otherwise of these two guys. I'll leave that for the court to decide. But I'm kind of curious on why they have been granted bail.
In late December, news reports suggested that a 30 year old woman was abducted outside a Geelong nightclub by three men and driven to the Lara area where she was repeatedly sexually assaulted. She was then dropped off in the same area.
Both Prince Chaudhary and Amit Narwal have both been charged with 3 counts of rape each. They were arrested supposedly at Melbourne Airport where they were attempting to depart Australia, presumably back to India.
So why have they been bailed? Does anyone get bail these days? Or does the Magistrate not consider the charges serious enough? Or further, does the Magistrate not consider that the case is very strong? All very odd if you ask me.
They will reappear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on March 19. That is if they are still in the country. Anybody remember Puneet Puneet?

they both holds a very good character, they can't even hurt anybody neither physically nor mentally , now with these serious charges , how they gonna deal with this , innocent fellows , help god , may i pray to god for them , for their lives......

w d f..!! y wud these hunks go n rape smbdy wen these things r openly available in Australia.. d gal must have done it wid consent n ditched l8r.. poor guys..
i also think that they are not guilty .. for why would they do such thing when it is so much available there at ease .. there must be another face of the story which needs to be explored by the judicials ...
if everything is available openly...y would somebody will commit such a crime 4 dat...dey r definitely not d one who r benefitted 4m it...another side really need 2 be explored....dont wurry people...
Dirty dogs....bloody disgracefull......put them in jail and then deport them..no respect for being allowed in our country..or for women..
I know Amit he had a bad character in India as well....Put him in jail and deport them....
so finally truth came out,,,,,,,letting everyone know that those guys have been set free by courts and its like a tight slap on the face of my few friends in above written comments.god bless u guys
