Caught! Woman Dumps Cat in Wheelie Bin

Ive seen some strange stuff in my time, but this one is way up there with the best. A woman in Coventry in the UK was caught on CCTV dumping a friendly cat into a wheelie bin. Its almost something that you might see on a skit based comedy show. I'm sure many of us remember the "Hale and Pace" cat and microwave segment. So could this be a hoax? Or is truth stranger than fiction?

If true, there are some seriously weird people out there. I guess we already knew that. Perhaps she is just a dog person. Luckily, the cat was found by its owners some hours afterwards when they heard its cries. The woman has also been identified and is said to be under police protection. She might just need it.

Thats not to say that we shouldnt help those who cant help themselves. I have a firm belief in giving a helping hand up to those who genuinely need it. (please give generously to my linked charities)

I call myself a realist and i want to tell it like it is. Somebody has to speak the truth. Because seriously, what a selfish bunch of insular tools we have become in today's dreamy Australia.

Maybe we arent so different to the rest of the world. And maybe it was always this way.
