Apparently she is Kim Isabella Duthie, AKA Kim Duthie, AKA Kimberley Duthie, possibly AKA Samantha Murphy. At least those are the names we have been able to source. Is her real name Kimberley Duthie, athlete from Frankston? It looks like it.
Is she telling the truth about taking a photo of Nick Riewoldt in a hotel room in Melbourne? No. The photo of Riewoldt was in fact taken in a hotel room in Miami. A photo of the Delano Hotel, Miami, Florida as you see here has the same background as in the Riewoldt photo.
In other words, Kim Duthie is a liar. She has obtained photos without permission and therefore her credibility must be questioned. Everything she says must be taken with a grain of salt.
Does she have mental health issues? Probably, but then again don't we all these days?
When this issue dies down - and it will - what is Kim Duthie going to do? When the media stop caring, nobody else will either. Nobody will read her tweets, nobody will friend her on Facebook and quite honestly, apart from a possible spread in Picture Magazine she ain't even close to being attractive enough to be a model.
It's when she is forgotten and the Saints players are remembered for their football talents that we hope Kim takes the time to seek some counselling.

THE teen at the centre of the St Kilda nude photo scandal failed to appear at a Federal Court hearing this morning.
Obviously taught respect and conduct by her Parents. They must be so proud. Just ignore court requests the law and standards of common decency don’t apply to this family. If she is a 17 year old it is the Parents responsibility to have her in Court.

b) Not been so foolish as to have taken photos

A strong argument can be made that the players have jurisdiction shopping and really the jurisdiction of the Federal Court has been wrongly invoked ad that it should be the Victorian Supreme Court.
It would be open to conclude that they are taking advantage of the respondent's lack of representation.

From what i can see, there's little to no evidence that any of the football players actually slept with this girl.
